Our story
Pengo started because the POS software available to Ugandan businesses did not fit how they actually work. Offline is not optional. MoMo and Airtel are not add-ons. Support that responds in the same time zone is not a luxury.
We built Pengo to be simple enough for a first-time cashier, complete enough for a five-branch chain, and honest about what it does and does not do.
